This soak was created with the intention of being a foot soak after a long day on your feet, or for a little self-pampering. It can however, be used for a bath as well. Different from the Bath Brews, this product is infused with Peppermint, Rosemary, and Lavender Essential Oils, and contains Magnesium Flakes. Ease your body and your mind; it doubles as aromatherapy while you soak. Death to Stress!

Instructions:
*Contents may naturally clump and some oil may collect at the bottom. This is absolutely normal! It's because magnesium flakes begin to turn to oil. You can use a teaspoon to remove product if needed, then sprinkle into warm water in the bathtub or foot tub/bowl. A little goes a long way as this soak is essential oil infused. Start with less, then you can always add more to your liking! Soak for at least 20 minutes for best results.

Tips:
If using for a bath, tie hair up if you want to avoid the possibility of herbs in it. For cleanup, you may want to use a drain catcher for herbs or remove/strain by hand to prevent any clogging. For foot soak, if you have hot rocks, those are perfect for under the feet in the warm water as well!
