» Pink Himalayan Salt
» Egyptian Red Rose Buds/Petals
» Egyptian Calendula Flowers
» Organic French Lavender Flowers

Benefits: anti-inflammatory, stress and anxiety relief, mood booster, pain relief, ease muscle soreness, hydration, reduce fatigue, soothe eczema and dryness/itchiness of the skin, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, plump and firm the skin, aid in skin regeneration, calm the mind.

Instructions:
Sprinkle into a warm water filled bathtub, amount depends on how potent you want your brew. For maximum epsom salt benefits, more vs. less is suggested. Can also be poured into running warm water if you prefer the salt to dissolve faster. Soak for at least 20 minutes for best results.

Tips:
Don't pour directly where you plan to sit or it may be a bit uncomfortable until the salt dissolves. Tie hair up if you want to avoid the possibility of herbs in it. For cleanup, you may want to use a drain catcher for herbs or remove/strain by hand to prevent any clogging.
