All pieces and products are FINAL SALE and non-refundable. This policy stands otherwise determined by AWNW! Reminder, this is a small business. This policy is simply to protect my livelihood.
Shipping
- At this time only US Shipping is available, however I hope to potentially expand in the future and offer worldwide shipping. If you have a special international mailing request, email it to me. I will see how I can best accommodate.
-Items will ship within 1-3 business days! You will be provided with a tracking number for USPS to check the status of your package. Once an item is shipped, it is no longer within the control of A Whole New Witch Shop. All responsibility falls to the carrier, in which case is USPS.

Clothing Sizes
-T-shirts are unisex, but run like mens sizes. For a women's fit, you will most likely size down one size. See size chart photo.
Skin & Body Care
-All ingredients are from trusted sources and carefully hand selected and quality checked. Herb and oil sources are all-natural or organic and skin safe.
-Please check the ingredients, instructions, and notes for each individual product for details before purchasing.
-Latex free gloves were worn at all times when handling product.
-Products can vary slightly due to the nature of herbs.
-Patch testing is recommended when trying a new product, especially for sensitive skin.
-Consult with your dermatologist and/or esthetician before use if you have any concerns.
