» Pink Himalayan Salt
» Egyptian Red Rose Buds/Petals
» Locally Harvested California Rosemary

Benefits: anti-inflammatory, stress and anxiety relief, mood booster, pain relief, ease muscle soreness, hydration, reduce fatigue, soothe skin, aid in skin regeneration, cleansing tonic for the skin.

Instructions:
Sprinkle into a warm water filled bathtub, amount depends on how potent you want your brew. For maximum epsom salt benefits, more vs. less is suggested. Can also be poured into running warm water if you prefer the salt to dissolve faster. Soak for at least 20 minutes for best results.

Tips:
Don't pour directly where you plan to sit or it may be a bit uncomfortable until the salt dissolves. Tie hair up if you want to avoid the possibility of herbs in it. For cleanup, you may want to use a drain catcher for herbs or remove/strain by hand to prevent any clogging.
